Public transport can never be better is it?

Yesterday i left my workplace at by 5pm as usual.But reached Bangsar station only at 6plus as the LRT was super duper slow and landed so long at each station.MJormally it wud take me onli 15 min from Kelana Jaya(my workplace)LRT to Bangsar LRT.

It rained heavily yesterday jes like the day before....Its alwiz the roads wil b stuck wit jam but even the LRT was slow.Grrrrr!!!!Thank God the LRT moved at least.Didnt get stuck like a few weeks back where the train jes stopped for nearly 2 hrs wit ppl in it.All bcoz a LRT went missing in the control panel monitor and they had to stop all LRT trains.

LRT services disrupted by flooding at new station

PETALING JAYA: Putra LRT services were disrupted yesterday due to flooding of the tracks at the newly constructed Seri Rampai station, following a heavy downpour.

Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integirasi Deras Sdn Bhd corporate communications senior manager Katherine Chew said the station had not been commissioned yet so the trains did not need to stop there.

But they had to pass the station.

She said due to the flash floods trains travelling from Kelana Jaya to Setia Wangsa turned around and headed back to Kelana Jaya.

Trains travelling between the Terminal Putra and Wangsa Maju stations were also affected.

Those wanting to continue their journey past the Seri Rampai station had to make the journey on buses provided by the company.

“The turn-around caused a lot of time to be wasted and this caused a delay in the train schedules,” she said, adding that the problem was made worse by the fact that the incident occurred during peak hour when office workers were returning home.

She said the situation was made worse when one of the trains stalled near the Masjid Jamek LRT station due to the floods.

Normal service resumed at 8.30pm.

neways,ill jes post wats goin on here fer me on a saturday..im at wrk....yup,shaking legs basically.jes had a meetin fer da Retro Nite we r organising next week...

Bf fetched me to wrk.had bfast with him in a chinese fudcourt.had mushroom wantan mee soup with thick chinese milk coffee....BURP!i was really stuffed as i have never eaten so heavy fud fer bfast....it really amazes me hw the chinese ppl can eat so much!!!!practically stuffing themselfs with fud!!!heavy bfast,early lunch,teatime,early dinner n not forgettin supper!!!!!seriously!!!!!!

wil b buyin bck lunch fer my mom,bro n myself.then mom n bro r taking da LRT to KL Sentral, and then the KTM to Kajang-my aunts place....

Oh ya,my mom has been stayin wit me n my sis fer da past 2 weeks already as dad was undergoing sports training and is at Bangkok for the past 2 week.He wil b bck today...bro comes down to my place on fri-sun from his college....

brought my mom around all da while she stayed at my place....guess this was the
longest time ever spent with her since me n my started working....normally if we go bck home it wil onli b fer a few days....

jes gona laze at home n then head of to my aunts place wit my sis in the evening.....

tom wil b jes spending time with my family as my mom n dad wil b goin bck Malacca....
